當(dāng)名詞作定語(yǔ)時(shí)，幾乎總是用單數(shù)形式(即使在意義上是復(fù)數(shù))。a stone bridge a coffee cup

sports, customs, arms, clothes, sales和accounts等作定語(yǔ)時(shí)，仍用復(fù)數(shù)形式。a sports car一輛賽車(chē)

a customs officer一名海關(guān)官員

“man/ woman+n.”變?yōu)閺?fù)數(shù)時(shí)，作定語(yǔ)的名詞和中心詞都要變復(fù)數(shù)。a man teacher一個(gè)男教師

ten men teachers十個(gè)男教師

不定冠詞用于quite, rather, many, half, what, such后，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)：冠形名such a/ an+adj.+可數(shù)n.單數(shù)

such+adj.+不可數(shù)n./可數(shù)n.復(fù)數(shù)

不定冠詞用于so (as, too, how)+形容詞之后，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)：形冠名so+adj.+a/ an+n.

易錯(cuò)考點(diǎn)3：不可分級(jí)特殊記

比較級(jí)與最高級(jí)

1.一方超過(guò)或低于另一方時(shí)，用形容詞或副詞比較級(jí)+than結(jié)構(gòu);三個(gè)或三個(gè)以上的人或物進(jìn)行比較時(shí)，以最高級(jí)與the...in/ of結(jié)構(gòu)連用的方式來(lái)表達(dá)。

He is taller than Tom.

This is the oldest theatre in London.

2.無(wú)比較級(jí)無(wú)最高級(jí)的詞語(yǔ)：favorite, excellent, extreme, perfect, superior, inferior, senior, junior...

3.以ior結(jié)尾的形容詞如superior, inferior, senior, junior等比較結(jié)構(gòu)用to。

He is superior to the other boys in his class.
